Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the credit will be applied to your next invoice.

Yes! We offer a completely free plan with SmartBooks (Accounting) for 1 user, no credit card required. For paid plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise), you get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features included in your chosen plan. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal. For annual plans, we also accept bank transfers. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with NET-30 terms.

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and you'll continue to have access to your plan until the end of your current billing period.

When your 14-day trial ends, your credit card will be automatically charged for the plan you selected. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged anything. All your data and configurations will be preserved whether you continue or cancel.

No, there are no setup fees for any of our plans. You can sign up, configure your ERP system, and start using it immediately. Enterprise customers who require custom onboarding or data migration may have additional professional services fees, which will be discussed during the sales process.
