Do I have to activate all modules at once?
No. You can activate only the modules you need and add more as your business grows. The Full Suite license gives you access to all 11 products, but you control which ones are active. Deactivated modules are hidden from navigation and do not clutter your workspace.
How does data sharing between modules work?
Data flows automatically between modules through shared entities. A customer in SmartCRM is the same customer in SmartBooks. An employee in SmartHR is the same team member in SmartProjects. When you update data in one module, it is instantly available in all connected modules. No manual syncing or CSV exports needed.
Is there a pricing advantage to the Full Suite?
Yes. The Full Suite is priced at a significant discount compared to purchasing individual modules separately. As your usage grows, the per-module cost decreases further. The Suite also includes platform features (unified search, AI insights, custom workflows) that are not available with individual module purchases.
Can different teams use different modules?
